Front Office Management Program


The Massachusetts Dental Society Front Office Management Program was created to fill the need of the MDS membership’s request to develop a comprehensive up-to-date training program for front office staff or for those wishing to update their front desk skills.

Learning Objectives:
  • Learn the various tasks associated with front office management

  • Understand the practice philosophy that includes attitude, delivery of service, patient satisfaction, retention and quality of service

Topics Include: Insurance Benefits/Pre-authorization; Billing, Case Presentations; HIPAA Overview; Dental Terminology/Charts; Scheduling; Customer Service; Telephone and Communication Skills
