As a guest at the Walt Disney Resort, you are able to take advantage of Disney’s Magical Express.  Disney’s Magical Express provides complimentary transportation and luggage delivery from the Orlando International Airport to Disney's Grand Floridian.  Complimentary transportation will then be available from the resort back to the airport for your departure.

 How does it work?  Gather your flight information and call 407-827-6777 or click here to book your Disney’s Magical Express reservation.  You will need to have made your hotel reservation before booking your transportation.  Disney's Magical Express recommends you make your transportation reservation at least 30 days in advance.

 If reserved more than 14 days prior to your departure, you will receive an Airport Transportation Booklet through the mail that includes special luggage tags.  Place those tags on your luggage and check it at your departing airport as you would normally.  Once you arrive at Orlando International Airport, stop by the Disney Magical Express Welcome Center located in Terminal B, Level 1. Your transportation will be verified and you will board a shuttle bus to your Disney resort.  In the meantime, your luggage is claimed behind the scenes and delivered directly to your guest room.

 If reserved less than 14 days prior to your departure and you do not receive your Airport Transportation Booklet, you may still use Disney’s Magical Express!  Simply proceed to the Disney’s Magical Express Welcome Center located in Terminal B, Level 1 once you arrive at Orlando International Airport and a cast member will be happy to assist you.

 Please note: Reservations are required and must be made prior to your arrival at the airport.  In order to receive your Airport Transportation Booklet, do not delay!  You may still use Disney’s Magical Express even without luggage tags.
