In this session, you will learn how to:

  • Build an annual fundraising calendar to provide maximum results despite minimum resources
  • Recognize your most likely large donors - including institutional donors - and develop strategies to engage them
  • Create metrics and a plan that will keep you on track
  • Productively use your board and organization leadership to build your development program

Make the most of your learning!

  • Learning in pairs makes it easier to use session content back at your organization. Bring a colleague and save $55 on the second registration. Both participants must be registered at the same time, for the same seminar, and the discount will be automatically applied.
