Garden & Landscape Symposium of Western Pennsylvania

Beech Tree and Tulips

The 19th Annual Garden & Landscape Symposium is a premier horticultural event, showcasing internationally renowned speakers and offering attendees the opportunity to shop for new and unique plants and garden accessories.

A new attraction for 2014 is the annual daffodil show hosted by the Daffodil and Hosta Society of Western Pennsylvania. This year's keynote speaker is legendary plantsman Michael A. Dirr, retired professor of horticulture, University of Georgia. Dirr is well known for numerous plant introductions and as author of the “Manual of Woody Ornamental Plants,” a must-have reference for all landscape professionals. The symposium qualifies for continuing education credits for landscape architects, certified arborists and Pennsylvania Certified Horticulturists.
