Roll up your sleeves to learn about and improve your strategic planning process.

Gain an overview of key steps involved in creating an achievable strategic plan that stakeholders will be excited to implement.

We will work together to define what kind of plan you want to create, clarify the steps, identify participants and their roles, and ways to leverage the planning process to achieve your goals. You will also be equipped with lots of practical tools and worksheets that you can use in your planning process. This series is designed for the Executive Director, Board, and Leadership team.

We’ll cover:

  • Types of plans and the components of a plan.
  • The planning process and how it applies to your organization.
  • The interrelationship between strategic planning and program planning.
  • Create a Plan to Do Planning including roles and accountability.
  • How to work with a consultant to do planning.
  • Ways to involve supporters, excite them about the future, and gain their buy-in to the plan.
