Libraries will be invoiced for no-shows at the standard rate for the workshop. The institution is responsible for payment if NEFLN has not been notified by 9:00am two full business days prior to the workshop.
No-shows for free workshops will be invoiced at the standard rate for the type of workshop. Enhanced members will be charged the standard Full Member rate. Each NEFLIN member library, regardless of membership level, will receive two (2) courtesy no-shows per fiscal year.
