Getting to the job offer can be complicated and discouraging; especially for those who don’t understand the process. This workshop will reveal what happens behind the scenes of the hiring process from resume review to offer negotiations. We will discuss resume design, strategies for getting an interview, review tips and techniques for a successful interview, and ways to negotiate once you receive an offer. Coffee and bagels will be provided.Presenter Bio: Robert L. Holzbach, AIA, is the Director of Staff Operations for Hickok Cole Architects, an award winning design firm located in Georgetown, Washington, DC.After attending this course, participants will be able to:1.
