Refresh your customer service skills with non-traditional, interactive sessions sponsored by the Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau

The free, two and a half-hour modules offer the opportunity for front-line, supervisory, and management staff to re-energize and sharpen their customer service skills.  

Have fun in your job. Be prepared for the public with good customer service skills and enjoy what you do by keeping your outlook positive.

Based on the same principles as in the past, with updates for the present, we collaborated with our tourism partners to develop a program for both hospitality and allied businesses.

The core Guests First program consists of seven modules, each lasting 2.5 hours.

•Resolving less than perfect situations

•Let's look inside (Internal relationships)

•The icing on the cake (Providing exceptional service)

•Make the training stick (Supervisors/Managers only)

There is also an optional educational session: "Bridging Generations"
