Truffles and Toffees!

Chocolate is the star of this class- and we'll be using the best of the best! Join us for a delicious time as we make and roll Chocolate Truffles and create decadent Toffees.

~ Valrhona Cocoa Powder, Pralined Hazelnuts and Toasted Coconut

Confectionary Goddess Clemence GossetT – Born in Paris, her pastry skills were honed in her family’s auberge in Provence. The lavender-scented honey, Valrhona chocolates, local almonds and the sweetest blackberries all inspired decadence. She made a chocolate cake there one summer, and it made the cut and its way onto the dessert cart. Watching from the dish washing room, she could see patrons savoring the cake; it was magic! Now, based in Los Angeles, Clemence operates as an entertainer and educator from www.GourmandiseDesserts.com, and with the wine education support of the liquid classroom at LOFT218– great tastes of wines and chocolates will be served all night.

*NOTE: Girls Only Classes are Demonstration style, no hands on cooking occurs. However, decoration and finishing techniques are hands on. In addition to eating and drinking will take home a box of items that you finish in class.
