Looking to learn more about gluten free options for the holidays? Come join one of our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Chefs for a fun and informative hands-on workshop where you will learn about various gluten free alternatives and gluten free recipes.
Participants will prepare and taste a menu including:- Warm Millet Salad
- Gluten Free Stuffing
- Butternut Pecan Pie
In addition to preparing several recipes in class, participants will be able to sample roast chicken with gluten-free gravy and will receive a booklet with additional recipes to make at home!
This course requires no previous kitchen or cooking experience. Due to the nature of this course and the work performed in our professional kitchen, participants must wear long pants, long sleeves, and flat, closed-toe shoes. Course length is approximate and will vary with the number of participants and other factors.
This course is suitable for ages 14+.
