Got Leads? Now What?

Program Description:
Congratulations! Some of your supporters have become qualified leads by requesting information about making a legacy gift through your marketing efforts. Or maybe you made a one-on-one legacy ask and they agreed to consider making a gift.
How do you follow up? Whether you work in legacy giving full time (100%), or two hours a week on average (5% program), you’ll learn new ideas that will help you convert roughly half of qualified leads into confirmed gifts.
