Question: Is your venue accessible?

GPNP is committed to making its programs accessible to everyone. If you require an accommodation or service, please contact Sue Gove at least four weeks prior to the event (email: or phone: 412-431-5087). We will make every effort to help you fully participate.

Question: Do you accept refunds?

Refunds can be given until Nov. 15, 2019 and will be charged a $35 Administration fee. No refunds will be accepted after Nov. 15, 2019. Please send an email to Sue Gove ( by Nov. 15 with the reason for your request.

Question: I no longer can attend the event. Can I give my ticket to someone else?

Registrations are transferable if done by Nov. 15. After that they are non-transferable. Contact Sue Gove ( with the new information.

Question: Where will the event take place?

The event will take place at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown Hotel, 600 Commonwealth Pl, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. For more information, click here

Question: On what floor of the Wyndham hotel will the event take place?

The event will take place on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Wyndham hotel. Registration will be on the 2nd floor outside of the Grand Ballroom.

Question: Will dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Yes. Meals will incorporate individuals with dietaries restrictions. Please send your restrictions information to Sue Gove ( by Nov. 10.

Question: Can I get CEU's?
Answer: GPNP has partnered with the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work to provide CEUs for the Summit at no charge.  Indicate your desire to receive CEU's on the registration page.
