Learn about the grant seeking landscape, researching opportunities, writing successful LOIs, and strategies for writing winning proposals. Beneficial for beginning grant seekers who are brand new to the world of philanthropy, this session will introduce you to the grant seeking landscape, researching opportunities, writing successful Letter of Interests (LOIs), and strategies for writing winning proposals.
Key topics covered:
  • overview of the grant landscape and types of grants,
  • elements that should be in place before grant seeking,
  • researching grant opportunities and identifying potential funders,
  • key components to grant proposals, and
  • time-tested strategies to increase your chances of success even before you write!

  • Learning in pairs makes it easier to use session content back at your organization. Bring a colleague and save $55 on the second registration. Both participants must be registered at the same time, for the same seminar, and the discount will be automatically applied.
