The HACCP workshop covers HACCP history and all twelve steps of the Codex Alimentarius, Prerequisite Plans, SOP's, Hazard Identification, Critical Control Points, and other critical elements of your HACCP Plan.

Take the FSMA overview to learn about the Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPS) and the new FSMA regulations.

The one-day FSMA Overview provides an understanding of the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and the regulatory rules that make up the new Food Safety Modernization Act. This is an introductory workshop suitable for all individuals in the food industry and those who support the industry.
