Following on the success of the inaugural ALMA Postdoc Symposium held in Tokyo, December 2014, we will again host a gathering for the postdocs from the different ALMA Regional Centers. In addition to the exchange of information and experiences with ALMA, the Postdoc Symposium will offer attendees a unique networking opportunity to establish and develop collaborations with other postdocs working at different ARCs, looking toward the Cycle 5 Call for Proposals. The symposium will take place immediately following the ALMA conference "Half a Decade of ALMA: Cosmic Dawns Transformed."

In conjunction with the "Half a Decade of ALMA: Cosmic Dawns Transformed" conference in August, ALMA will host symposium for the postdocs associated with the ALMA project on September 24 (afternoon) and 25th (all day). The goal of this symposium will be to bring together the widely dispersed ALMA postdocs to share their science and network.

Registration is $50 and will include breaks, dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday. In addition, we will offer transfers back to the Palm Springs airport for those who stay the Renaissance Indian Wells Hotel. Registration for the symposium is part of the regular registration process for the ALMA 5 years conference.
