Do you own a hard cider operation, produce hard cider commercially, or are considering opening a cider business? This tour will give you a behind the scenes look at some of the most popular hard cider operations in the Finger Lakes region of New York.

This is a producer-only tour for commercial cider makers, cider business owners, commercial apple growers and those looking to begin commercial cider businesses. Registrants must be 21 years of age or older with a valid photo ID to attend.
Participants will be given an exclusive tour by cider maker and cidery owners of each operation to discuss everything from orchard production to cider making to marketing. On the bus with us will be University experts to teach rolling classroom segments on in depth topics such as east coast consumer hard cider trends and research backed specifics on planting and maintaining your cider orchard.
