Do you own a hard cider operation, produce hard cider commercially, or are considering opening a cider business? This tour will give participants a behind the scenes look at some of the most popular hard cider operations in Pennsylvania’s largest apple producing region, Adams County.

Who Should Attend

This is a producer-only tour for commercial cider makers, cider business owners, commercial apple growers and those looking to begin commercial cider businesses. Registrants must be 21 years of age or older with a valid photo ID to attend.

To Be Covered 

Participants will be given an exclusive tour by cider makers and cidery owners of each operation to discuss everything from cider apple orchard production and cider making equipment, to marketing and business development. On the bus with us will be local apple historian experts and researchers from the Fruit Research and Extension Center to teach rolling classroom segments on new research in the cider field.
