This course will prepare students with the knowledge to assist providers implement, manage, and analyze electronic health records to improve health care quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Students will gain an understanding of support services, above and beyond what is provided by the vendor, to be sure the technology functions properly and is configured to meet the needs of the redesigned practice workflow, including support in the post-go-live practice environment.
