Come join one of our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist chefs for a fun and informative class where you can learn more about what it means to follow a healthy vegan meal plan! Whether you’re thinking about going vegan or you’ve been a vegan for a long time, this class has something to offer.
Participants will prepare and taste a menu including:
- Not-So-Tuna Salad
- White Bean, Mushroom, and Greens Ragout
- Fruit Parfaits with Cashew Cream
In addition to preparing several recipes in class, participants can learn about necessary nutrients and receive a booklet with additional recipes to make at home!
This is a great course for friends and family members to take together.
This course requires no previous kitchen or cooking experience. Due to the nature of this course and the work performed in our professional kitchen, participants must wear long pants, long sleeves, and flat, closed-toe shoes. Course length is approximate and will vary with the number of participants and other factors.
This course is suitable for ages 14+.
