HEARTLAND PASS
GENERAL GUIDELINES
•Must have a permanent home address within 100 miles of Louhelen (as determined using MapQuest).
•Passes must be purchased in advance of attendance.
•No refunds.
•Heartland Pass may not be used in conjunction with any other discount.
•Heartland Pass covers day student registration only and cannot be applied for “staying on campus” registration, or other housing accommodations at Louhelen.
•Normal Louhelen registration policies apply.
•Some blackout dates may apply. Please contact the Registrar for more details.
•Heartland Pass is valid only at Louhelen Bahá'í School.
•Materials fees for sessions, if applicable, are not covered by Heartland Pass
INDIVIDUAL PASS
•$77 one year
•$154 two years
•Day-student admission to 2-day, 3-day, and 5-day sessions all year.
•Some blackout dates apply. Check with the Registrar.
•Pass holder may purchase meals at reduced cost. Meal Ticket: five meals for $45, which may be used for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner
•Pass holder may purchase as many meal tickets as they wish, however, only members and their seeker guests may use meal tickets. Meal tickets may not be transferred to any other person. Please call in advance to register for meals to ensure availability.
FAMILY PASS
•$154 one year
•$300 two years
•Same benefits of Individual Membership for up to two parents and their dependent children under age 18.
SENIOR PASS
•$50 per year
•Same benefits of Individual Membership. Seniors must be age 65 or over.
COLLEGE STUDENT
•$50 per year
•Same benefits of Individual Membership. Students must have a valid college ID and be under the age of 26.
