Hit The Easy Button on Gifts of Complex Assets

Summary

Program Description:
It's becoming more common for donors to offer the charities they care about donations of assets that are far more sophisticated than the typical gift of cash or securities. And they may be looking to you for guidance. Uncover the mystery behind gifts of complex assets in this session. Johni Hays, J.D. will discuss an array of complex assets, outlining the various tax advantages-and disadvantages-for the donor, and highlight any issues they may bring to your organization.
