  • Skill building on adherence assessments, utilization of monitoring tools such as pill boxes, ways to offer pharmacy support, and tools to help clients discover the complicated emotional barriers to adherence
  • Role play with real case based scenarios to practice exploring ambivalence and long term barriers to health
  • Introduction to the primary tenets of health literacy, adult literacy, and ways to ensure that patients leave medical visits with as much information and understanding as possible.
