Description

The How to Talk About Sex with Your Clients – Supervisory training is for supervisors of staff who conduct sexual risk assessments. The goal of this training is to increase supervisors’ capacity to support staff skill-building skill in this area.  

 Training objectives include the following:

o   Review content of the How to Talk About Sex with Your Clients training attended by direct service staff;

o   Assess sexual risk assessment skills of direct service staff;

o   Introduce three sexual risk assessment skills building exercises (video, role plays, direct observation); and

o   Conduct mock sessions of each exercise so participants can learn how to facilitate these sessions for their staff.
