Accessibility and Physicality of our Tours

While walking may be spread out throughout the day, it is essential for each traveler to be able to comfortably walk 3-5 miles per day. In addition, some sites may only be partly accessible or inaccessible for those with limited mobility. Cobblestone roads, uneven terrain, and steep stairs are a common occurrence. If you have mobility issues, you must travel with someone who is physically able to assist you, and they will also need to register for the trip. Group leaders, tour guides and drivers are unable to assist passengers with mobility issues. Please note that scooters cannot be accommodated on this tour.

The water at the bottom of the well is fed by flowing water which is why ancients gave it the name of “living water.” It is at this well that Jesus met the Samaritan woman and said to her: “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” (Jn 4:13-14)
