  • Recommended research-based resources and recipes.


Penn State’s Let’s Preserve fact sheets for many fruits and vegetables, meats, jams, jellies, meats etc. will be available.

Pressure Canner Testing

Bring your pressure canner lid for testing of the dial gauge at the end of the workshop.
