Home Food Preservation: Canning Basics

To Be Covered

The focus of this program will be the steps for proper pressure canning. Participants will learn the basic steps to Home Food Preservation, including hands-on canning of tomatoes using the hot water bath method. Freezing and drying will also be demonstrated. This class will be presented as a lecture and will include a demonstration.
