This workshop presents what you need to know and do to propose, design or re-design effective programs. The principles of effective program design apply across all areas of health, social and educational services.
The focus of this workshop is on strategies that build program integrity - that is, strategies that ensure key program elements form a cohesive role, whether this involves designing a program from the ground up, re-designing an existing one or adapting a program model developed elsewhere.
This hands-on workshop provides a field-tested and proven framework for addressing the most challenging aspects of program design and re-design and presents powerful integrating ideas, concepts and suggestions that you can easily adopt or adapt in ways that are appropriate and timely.
