We are happy you will be joining us for HSG 2013 in Charlotte, North Carolina this November. HSG 2013 is offering many educational and training programs, as well as a wonderful opportunity for attendees to connect with other HD researchers, clinicians, and HD family and community members.
HD family and community members may attend for FREE. There is no registration fee for HD family and community members; however, persons wanting continuing education credits must pay that fee.
For researchers, clinicians, industry partners and other organizations, there will be a registration fee to attend HSG 2013, November 7-9, 2013. The fee will cover registration for all the programing offered at HSG 2013 as well as earned continuing education credits. The educational programing offered at HSG 2013 has been accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, via the Carolinas HealthCare System/Charlotte AHEC. Participants will be eligible to receive a maximum of 16 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.

There is no registration fee for HD family and community members to attend the 7th Annual HD Clinical Research Symposium and the HD Community Forum – ‘A Positive Approach to HD: Why now is the best time in history to live with Huntington disease’ – on Saturday, November 9.

If you are an investigator/coordinator participating in a required study-specific session, or are a speaker/presenter or planning committee member for any portion of HSG 2013, your registration fee is covered. However, if you would like continuing education certification for one or all of the educational courses, additional fees apply. You will have the opportunity to enroll for CE credits when you register. Travel and hotel subsidies will also be offered for certain study personnel, speakers/presenters, and planning committee members. A registration invitation email will be sent to you specifically defining the hotel and/or travel subsidy(ies) provided. If you are a sponsor of HSG 2013, your organization is entitled to complimentary registration for a certain maximum number of attendees, as outlined in the sponsorship benefit table.
