The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Native American Programs (ONAP) and the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is hosting an interactive, two-and-a-half-day training for Tribal HUD-VA Supportive Housing (VASH) grantees and VA Case Managers from the Southern Plains Region. The training, Setting Your Program Up for Success, is designed to increase your knowledge on federal regulations and build collaborative systems, enhance the design and implementation of your program, and provide the tools and resources needed for increasing your team’s capacity to successfully serve and house Native Veterans.
The training will also provide an opportunity for Tribal HUD-VASH grantees and VA Case Managers to engage and coordinate as a team. Over the course of the 2 ½ days, each team will work to identify key strategies and develop an action plan for maximizing the project’s success.
