Patient Assessment Strategies and Evaluation
o Identify strategies for promoting the development of critical thinking skills in students in order to address the treatment needs of patients.

Patient Education and Risk Assessment
o Identify strategies for creating a learning environment which is conducive to patient education and risk assessment and recognize how to incorporate components of motivational interviewing.

Telemedicine Practices and Alternative Practices
o Discuss the use of telecommunication systems and effects of these health care delivery methods on all levels of healthcare professional education.

Interprofessional Collaboration for Patient Treatment
o Discuss the importance of team-based health delivery collaborative practices in interprofessional education.

Treatment of Medically Compromised Patients
o Develop criteria for the safe management of the medically compromised patient during clinical procedures.
