The presenter will show how you can go beyond just posting a job to utilizing databases that should come naturally, but don’t. He will also show how you can broaden your Facebook search methodologies for recruits.

He consults Mosaic agencies across 10 states on locating talent and building professional networks, and locates candidates for hard-to-fill positions from Direct Care Managers to C-level Executives.
