Jason Metz is a Talent Sourcer for Mosaic, an Omaha-based non-profit serving people with intellectual disabilities. He consults Mosaic agencies across 10 states on locating talent and building professional networks, and locates candidates for hard-to-fill positions from Direct Care Managers to C-level Executives.
