Welcome to IDC's Financial Services Forum
The Future Has Arrived – Financial Services in an open ecosystem
IDC’s Financial Services Forum is critical in educating enterprises to the successful and long-term strategy setting of their businesses across the UK. This unique conference will be filled with thought-provoking presentations, analyst engagement, real-world case studies, and access to leading enterprise solution providers.
"Ushered in by regulations and the new realities of the digital competition, the financial services industry has timewarped into the “Open Era”. Ecosystems are expanding and new partnerships are forged on-the-go, while traditional infrastructures and mindsets seek to adapt to a different way of doing business. APIs have not only changed how systems communicate with each other quicker and more efficiently, but will ultimately allow organizations to focus on their real value instead of being everything to everyone. A day to discuss where the journey goes, how the open pioneers prepare and what pitfalls the industry should avoid?" - Thomas Zink, Associate Research Director & Head of Financial Services Research, Europe, IDC
