Join us for If These Hands Could Talk, hosted by the CUNY School of Professional Studies' Psychology program, on Monday, March 27, 2017 at 6:00 pm.If These Hands Could Talk is the creation of Kendall Harford, a graduate developmental psychology student who has worked with males taking part in a batterer accountability program. Designed as an accountability exercise, the project encourages these men to look inward and reflect on their past actions. Through the use of photographs of their hands, the men are able to make a visual connection to the violent actions they have committed, often against someone that they loved. At this presentation, Kendall will discuss the project, the framed photographs, and the letters the men wrote, followed by a question and answer session. This event will be hosted both on campus and online.
