Influence without authority
Increasingly the boundaries of our workplaces are changing. We are asked to collaborate across teams, locations and organisations. This requires a greater understanding of how to influence others to get things done when we have no formal authority. We have more power at our disposal than we realise. Once we understand how the dynamics work it becomes much easier to persuade others to act.
To be persuasive is one of the most valuable skills any of us can have. It is applicable in all areas of our lives and can improve all areas of our lives. The purpose of this workshop is to identify the aspects of successful persuasion and to understand the power dynamics at play and how you can use them to advantage.
