- Foundational theories of complexity science, including models and tools to influence and enable change
- Neuroscience research that informs individual change, insights, and learning
- Understanding of how complexity science informs leadership and decision-making, and a set of tools to increase options for action
- Ability to build change interventions and gain leadership support using “hard” research
