Shashidhar Angadi is the head of Technology Operations at Exterro and drives the development of cutting-edge software to serve the needs of corporate legal and IT teams at Global 2000 organizations. Leveraging more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Shashidhar focuses on architecture frameworks, portals, security, service-oriented architecture, CRM and application integration in his leadership role at Exterro. He holds a BS in computer science from Bangalore University in Bangalore, India.

Alfonso Beccar is a skilled project manager with experience in software implementations for Fortune 500 companies. He is an enthusiastic team leader dedicated to responding effectively to customer needs. Welltraveled through Latin America, Europe and Africa, Alfonso is experienced in at interacting with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds. He’s fluent in written and spoken Spanish and Portuguese.
Bobby Balachandran
Bobby Balachandran is the founder, president and CEO of Exterro, Inc. After an extensive career building mission-critical applications in the financial services, healthcare and telecommunications sectors, Bobby founded Exterro with the conviction that the legal industry was rife with opportunities for process improvements that could be driven from lessons learned in other industries. Today, Bobby fulfills Exterro’s founding principles by leading the company in building a comprehensive platform for global corporations to mitigate risks, control costs, and have complete end to end visibility into their legal processes. Bobby holds a BS in computer science from Government College of Technology in Coimbatore, India, and an MS in computer science from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon.
Jean Donaldson
Jean Donaldson has been involved in many aspects of e-discovery and understands how the various components work most successfully to support the process. She has 11 years’ experience working in a law firm on both the technology and litigation support teams. Jean understands the e-discovery process from the trenches. She has also worked in education and training, both as a high school computer science teacher and a software trainer for e-discovery products. Immediately prior to joining Exterro, Jean supported the Office of Litigation Support in the Civil Division of the US Department of Justice by running their helpdesk and training department. Jean holds BAs in Mathematics and Medieval Studies from Brown University and a MA in the History of Science from Cornell University.

Geoff Gaydos is an experienced consultant and client relations professional with project management and business development experience across the software, finance and service industries. At Exterro, he leads teams in the full spectrum of e-discovery projects from implementations and upgrades to conversions and custom development. He holds a B.A. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
Mike Hamilton, JD
Mike Hamilton is the Director of E-Discovery Programs at Exterro and has been involved in e-discovery for over 5 years. With a legal and business background, Mike is experienced and passionate about creating thoughtful, out-of-the-box educational resources that help keep legal teams interested and on top of emerging need to know e-discovery issues. He frequently writes and speaks on e-discovery issues and best practices around the country. Mike graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law.

Michelle LaRock, CEDS

Michelle LaRock has over ten years of experience in managing and implementing projects for global IT companies. As a project manager at Exterro she enjoys working with varied clients on implementations, deployments, and upgrades. Before her time in the tech industry, she studied at the College of Wooster and holds a B.A. in Art. She likes to combine her creative and technical sides wherever possible as she helps clients succeed.  

Joe Mulenex
Joe Mulenex is Director of Solution Engineering at Exterro where, as a member of Sales Department, he heads up a team of solution consultants and subject matter experts that work directly with Exterro clients to identify needs and the appropriate solutions for their E-Discovery and Information Governance programs. Joe has extensive experience in e-discovery, having provided service to both corporate and law firm clients in managing multiple e-discovery projects over the last decade. Joe has served as a Special Master in multiple cases and lead the discovery work for one of the parties in the largest litigation in US history, Deepwater Horizon. His experience includes digital forensics, ESI processing and analysis and managed review. Prior to beginning his e-discovery career, Joe had over 20 years experience in Information Technology from operations to analysis to application development.

Nancy Patton, Esq, CEDS
Nancy is a graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School and has been involved in electronic discovery for almost a decade. In her role as a Senior Solutions Consultant at Exterro, Nancy provides guidance, product expertise and solution design to current and prospective clients. Previously, Nancy was an Exterro Implementation Project Manager, assisting clients with the implementation and updates of the entire suite of Exterro products. Prior to joining Exterro, Nancy was a member of project teams in the legal services industry, as well working as an attorney focused on e-discovery response, document review and legal representation in civil litigation matters.

Bill Piwonka
Bill Piwonka oversees all marketing functions for Exterro. His background is firmly rooted in B2B marketing operations. During the past 20 years, Bill has led marketing teams and initiatives spanning strategy, product marketing, product management, demand generation, marketing communications and business development. Prior to joining Exterro, he served as the vice president of marketing at Janrain. Bill has also held marketing management positions at EthicsPoint (now NavexGlobal), Centennial Software, Serena Software, Intel and Oracle. He earned an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a BA in quantitative economics from Stanford University.

RuthAnne is a trained project management professional with over 25 years of managing IT projects and business programs crossing international boundaries. In her role as Client Success Manager, RuthAnne applies strong project governance to ensure successful implementations for Exterro clients.
Ajith Samuel
Ajith Samuel is Exterro's Chief Product Officer and leads the company’s product strategy team in creating innovative solutions to help large corporations navigate information smarter. Ajith has 15 years of experience in regulatory compliance and designing and architecting large-scale information systems for the futures industry. He holds a master’s degree in computer applications from St. Joseph’s in Trichy, India.

Nishad Shevde is Managing Director - Client Operations at Exterro where, as a member of Exterro's leadership team, he leads implementation services for Exterro's clients, with a focus on Information Governance and E-Discovery Data Management engagements and serves as an external and internal subject matter expert. Nishad is an expert in complex e-discovery program and matter management for both Fortune 500 corporations and AMLAW 100 law firm clients.Nishad also has multiple years of experience leading large global teams of e-discovery consultants and project managers at industry-leading organizations. Over his career, Nishad has built sustainable discovery response programs for large corporations and managed some of the largest standalone matters of the past decade in the financial services and pharmaceutical industries.

Judge Childs was appointed to the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina in August 2010. She holds a B.S. in Management fromthe University of South Florida Honors College, a J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, a Masters in Personnel and Employment Relations from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business, and a Masters in Judicial Studies from Duke University School of Law. As a practicing lawyer and judge, she has lectured and served frequently on panels for topics regarding litigation and trial techniques, employment and law litigation, courtroom practices and procedures, discovery and expert witness issues, evidence, and various topics for new lawyers.

Jeff Mosch has been with Koch Industries for 24 years. The first 14 years of his time at Koch was dedicated to Information Technology in the Public Affairs and Legal departments. Ron Hedges was a United States Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey from 1986 to 2007. While a magistrate judge, he was the Compliance Judge for the Court Mediation Program, a member of the Lawyers Advisory Committee, and both a member of, and reporter for, the Civil Justice Reform Act Advisory Committee. From 2001 to 2005 he was a member of the Advisory Group of Magistrate Judges.Ron was an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University School, where he taught mediation skills. He was an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center and remains an adjunct professor at Rutgers School of Law—Newark. He taught courses on electronic discovery and evidence at both these schools. Ron was a Fellow at the Center for Information Technology of Princeton University for 2010-11 and 2011-12. He is also a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.

Prior to joining the judiciary, Judge Johnson clerked for the Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn. After her clerkship with Chief Judge Lynn, she practiced with both international law firms and boutique law firms, including her own law firm, where she focused on complex business and commercial litigation and federal criminal defense. Judge Johnson also represented indigent defendants as a member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel for both the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas. In addition, Judge Johnson served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Northern District of Texas, where she prosecuted white collar crimes. Judge Johnson is an adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law where she has taught Trial Advocacy and PreTrial Practice and Advocacy, a class she designed and added to the law school’s curriculum. She also is an adjunct professor at Notre Dame School of Law.
