What Does it Take to Run an Inn? A Technology Perspective
In this session Dan Lynch, former owner of the Inn on Randolph in Napa, will cover the full range of technologies used at an inn. This session is intended to be an objective, vendor neutral analysis that starts with a functional framework describing the processes an innkeeper has to manage. This framework is then used to better understand the technologies that are available, what they are used for, and how things connect to each other, . With this knowledge you will hopefully have better insight as you evaluate how various products and assess the gaps and potential trade-offs of one option vs. another.

From the variety of breakfast options to the types of amenities you provide and linens you use, your inn’s “feel” is just as important as your guest services. Join us for a session on how to best determine the type of inn that will work best for you, how to work with your local resources, and basic marketing tactics you should have in place.
