Partner with CARD in 2017!  Exhibitors are an integral and exciting part of our conference.  We are pleased to offer your company the opportunity to showcase your products and services at the 2017 Annual Autism Conference.  Each company will receive a listing in our new mobile app.

Audience Demographics

· 300+ anticipated guests in 2017

· 5,000+ guests invited

· Event marketed through website, e-blasts, traditional media, CARD E-newsletter and social media

· Audience type:  Parents, Family Members and Individuals on the Autism Spectrum, General and Special Educators, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Paraprofessionals, School Administrators, Psychologists, Social Workers, Day Care Providers, Physicians, and others interested in ASD.

Exhibit Space

As an exhibiting company, you are entitled to 2 complimentary lunch passes (each day), 1 table (6ft x 30in) and 2 chairs.  Once your company has decided to participate as an exhibitor, please complete the online registration process and select the appropriate exhibitor registration type.  During the registration process, you will be provided an opportunity to purchase an additional table, chairs and electricity on a first-come, first-served basis.

Space assignment is at the discretion of the CARD Outreach and Training Director and is conducted in accordance with the order payments are received and sponsorship level, if applicable.


Exhibit Fees

· Corporate / For-Profit Exhibitor: $150.00

· Non-Profit Agency Exhibitor:  $100.00

· Kennedy Krieger Institute (KKI):  contact Hanna Hutter (443-923-7596)

Non-profit exhibitors (outside of KKI) will be expected to upload proof of 501(c)(3) status during the registration process in order to receive any associated discount.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations after September 24, 2017.  Exhibitor cancellation prior to that date will receive a refund less a $35 administration fee.

Exhibitors will not be allowed to dismantle their displays

or begin packing before 2:30 p.m. on Friday, October 13, 2017.

Please inform those who are scheduled to perform tear-down of this policy and make travel arrangements accordingly.
