1. Vending company products at the 2017 Annual Autism Conference do not signify an affiliation with the Kennedy Krieger Institute (KKI). Furthermore, exhibitors agree to alert potential consumers that their organization is independent from KKI and therefore, the purchase of products does not entail any contributions to KKI.

2. KKI and its affiliated staff members are not responsible for participating in the sales of merchandise, or for assuming fiscal responsibility for any unsold merchandise.

3. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to set up (by 7:30 a.m. both days), man and dismantle displays in a timely fashion.

4. Exhibit merchandise left overnight is not the responsibility of KKI or the Radisson Hotel North Baltimore.  The exhibit hall is an open area.

5. Shipping:  Merchandise may only be delivered to the Radisson Hotel North Baltimore the day before the event (October 11, 2017). Items delivered before this date will not be accepted.

6. Exhibitors may not tape, paste, thumbtack, nail or otherwise affix signs or posters to the walls, columns, or hang things from sprinkler systems. Any signs or posters leaning against the walls must be properly padded so as not to cause damage.

7. Smoking is prohibited in the Radisson Hotel North Baltimore exhibit hall, meeting rooms and public areas.

8. The contracted agency representative may not lease any portion of the exhibit space to another party.

9. Exhibitors will not be allowed to dismantle their displays or begin packing before 2:30 p.m. on Friday, October 13th.

10. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after September 24, 2017.  Sponsor cancellation prior to that date will receive a refund less 25% of the sponsorship.  Exhibitor cancellation prior to that date will receive a refund less a $35 administration fee. 

11. To guarantee recognition in conference materials, including the mobile app, payment must be received in full by September 24, 2017.

12. Sponsors and Exhibitors give full consent and permission to the Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) at Kennedy Krieger Institute and assign the irrevocable right to use for any purpose and without compensation, the use of sponsor/exhibitor image and likeness in all photographs, films, videotapes and/or text copy.  Furthermore, I understand that the photograph, film, videotape and/or text copy is public information and may be released by CARD at any time without further permission or consent by me.

13. It is understood that the online registration becomes a contract by you and accepted by CARD.  Sponsors receiving a complimentary exhibit booth as part of their sponsorship are bound by the same contract agreement.
