Multi-dimensional approach to curriculum delivered by leading faculty with deep academic and relevant practical, marketplace experience including human resource management, organizational behavior, strategy, entrepreneurship, technology transfer, venture capital, and services marketing.
The course is delivered in an open enrollment format that brings together participants from different companies. This session can be customized and delivered for a specific company focused on your needs as well. Course text, case studies, readings form academic journals, guest lecturers and team assignments integrate left -brained rigor and right -brained intuition.
Innovation OD Consulting - Faculty consultant with your organization/individuals including assessment, analysis & plan for your business.
Tools to support an organizational assessment that can be conducted by participants or faculty, depending on interest and need. Data from the assessment is reviewed with faculty (panel of faculty) and a gap analysis is provided. Faculty consultants provide insights on closing the gap.
Project-Based Coaching - Faculty provide support to specific innovation issues depending on the discipline or area. Organizations participating in this learning experience may have coaches and Innovation Fisher students provide project-based coaching and support.
Target Audience: Executives and senior managers from a cross section of industries including manufacturers and service providers facing fierce competition and pursuing aggressive growth. The course can be modularized by focusing on strategic aspects of organizational structure, incentives, and leadership for C-level executives. In addition, participants will focus on a combination of strategies and tactics involving management and execution for product managers with P&L responsibility and expectations including new product and service creation and offer and line extension.
