Exhibit spaces includes registration for 2 company representatives, signage with company name, a 6’ topped and skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket with liner.  InnSpire is using the hotel as the decorator and drayage company this year.  Booth spaces are separated by 6' x 18" skirted classroom tables on each side.  Each booth will have one classroom table that is exclusively for their use, in addition to the 6" skirted table.  Internet and power is a separate charge and must be ordered through the venue's AV company.  Booth assignments and AV order information will be sent in November and full payment must be received to be assigned a space.

Payment & Cancellation Policies

All exhibitor registrations must be paid in full by 12/1/17. Exhibit space will not be reserved for a company until 50% of the registration fees have been paid and spaces will not be assigned until fees are paid in full. Conference cancellations must be received in writing by 12/15/2017 for a 50% refund of registration dues. After 12/15/2017, there is no refund for cancellations.
