Exhibit spaces includes registration for 2 company representatives, signage with company name, a 6’ topped and skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket with liner.  InnSpire is using the hotel as the decorator and drayage company this year.  Booth spaces are separated by 6' x 18" skirted classroom tables on each side.  Each booth will have one classroom table that is exclusively for their use, in addition to the 6' skirted table.  Internet and power are a separate charge and must be ordered prior to the event.  Booth assignments and shipping/receiving information will be sent in early December and full payment must be received to be assigned a space.

NEW THIS YEAR: Marketplace Roulette
We have a new opportunity to draw attendees to your booth or table at this year’s marketplace. Each attendee will get a number and you will be assigned 2-3 numbers. Attendees need to stop by to see if you have their number. When the person stops by that has your number, you give them a prize. You will only be responsible for providing 2-3 prizes of value of $15-25 each.

Examples of Prizes:

  • Gift cards
  • Bottle of wine
  • A product from your locale (candy from your local candy maker)
  • A product you sell

Payment & Cancellation Policies

All exhibitor registrations must be paid in full by 12/2/19. Exhibit space will not be reserved for a company until 50% of the registration fees have been paid and spaces will not be assigned until fees are paid in full. Conference cancellations must be received in writing by 12/13/2019 for a 50% refund of registration dues. After 12/13/2019, there is no refund for cancellations.
