A la carte sponsorships are subject to change based on schedule and other sponsorships. A La carte sponsorships DO NOT include a booth space in the marketplace.

Sunday Opening General Session Sponsor: $500
Sponsor our opening general session on Sunday afternoon and be the first company our attendees see. The Sunday opening general session sponsor will be recognized on signage and in the conference program, and have a chance to say a few words to our attendees to help kick off the event.

Sunday Reception Sponsor: $1,000
Sponsor the opening reception Sunday evening in the marketplace and receive 24 drink tickets that you can hand out to attendees to enjoy a drink "on you". This is a great opportunity to thank current customers and entice new ones. Tickets will be customized for the sponsoring vendor - with their company logo - and good for any drink at the bar during the evening reception.

Sponsor a workshop: $200
When you sponsor a workshop you are invited to introduce yourself/your company and the workshop speaker at the beginning of the session. A table in the back of the room is available for literature or samples.

Sponsor an Elevator Wrap: $900 for one or $2000 for all three
Picture your logo or artwork on the elevators at the conference hotel. There are three elevators - wrap one or all three. The attendees will be going in and out of the elevators multiple times a day to attend different sessions, the trade show and to go back to their rooms.

Monday Lunch Sponsor: $750
Sponsor lunch in the marketplace on Monday and get your company’s name all over the marketplace floor. Sponsor will be recognized on signage and in the conference program.

Monday Afternoon Tea Sponsor: $500
Sponsor the networking break near the closing marketplace. The break will include coffee, tea and a light snack. This is a great opportunity to thank current customers and entice new ones.

Monday Dinner Sponsor: $10,000
Sponsor the most prestigious dinner & networking event at InnSpire. This one-of-kind dinner reception is being held at the Monterey Bay Aquarium where you can discover the remarkable marine life in Monterey Bay without getting wet. It’s a truly unique and memorial venue where InnSpire guests can build new business relationships and strengthen existing ones. Be the host recognized by innkeepers and InnSpire attendees for showcasing the three-story Kelp Forest, million-gallon Open Sea and Splash Zone family gallery.

Tuesday Breakfast Sponsor: $750
Sponsor breakfast on Tuesday and help us kick off our final day of InnSpire. Sponsor will be recognized on signage and in the conference program, as well as recognized from the podium during our Tuesday morning association update.

Tuesday Closing Lunch Sponsor: $1000
Sponsor our Tuesday lunch and be the last company our attendees see. Tuesday lunch sponsor will be recognized on signage and in the conference program, and have a chance to say a few words to our attendees before they depart.

Room Key Sponsors:  $1,000
What is the one item all attendees will see – their room key! We invite you to be our inaugural InnSpire Room Key Sponsor with your logo on each attendee’s room key. It will be seen over and over throughout the whole conference! Guests are invited to take their key home with them as a token of appreciation, keeping your brand top-of-mind beyond the InnSpire conference!

Send Off Snack Sponsor: $500
Leave a lasting impression by sponsoring a going away snack for our attendees. The “Send Off Snack Sponsor” covers a snack and bottled water as our attendees leave the event on Tuesday. Sponsor will be recognized on signage and in the program, and is welcome to help hand out the snack and connect with any final attendees.

Coffee Sponsor: $350 (2 opportunities available)
Innkeepers love their coffee – this sponsorship is a great way to be sure you’re noticed! Coffee sponsors will receive recognition on signage and in the program as a sponsor.

Confirmation Email Sponsor: $250
Get your ad and name on all our attendee confirmation emails leading up to the event.

Get your products and services in front of current and aspiring innkeepers by advertising in the conference programs - the 2020 InnSpire Conference & Marketplace Attendee Program and the CABBI Innkeeping as a Profession (IAP) Workshop Program. Ad artwork is due by December 2, 2019 in a high-resolution .jpg or .pdf format.

Your item, gift certificate or gift basket will be attractively displayed in the registration foyer on Sunday and Monday. The Silent Auction will close at 5:00 pm on Monday afternoon. All proceeds go to CABBI and the California Hotel & Lodging Association Hospitality Foundation.

NEW THIS YEAR: Marketplace Roulette

We have a new opportunity to draw attendees to your booth or table at this year’s marketplace. Each attendee will get a number and you will be assigned 2-3 numbers. Attendees need to stop by to see if you have their number. When the person stops by that has your number, you give them a prize. You will only be responsible for providing 2-3 prizes of value of $15-25 each.

Examples of Prizes:

  • Gift cards
  • Bottle of wine
  • A product from your locale (candy from your local candy maker)
  • A product you sell
