Schuman’s model of interactional supervision will be explored. The importance of self-care in supervision as a parallel process will also be a focus of the training.
1.Participants will gain an awareness of the Schuman’s interactional supervision model.
2.Participants will specifically understand Schuman’s major assumptions and stages of work.
