Intro to Lean Workshop

Do you want to learn how to do more with the resources you have?

This fun, engaging workshop utilizes LEGO airplanes to demonstrate the power of applying Lean concepts and principles to your production operation. A mix of Lean education along with a live simulation will give participants simple hands-on applications of Lean practices.The simulation includes two rounds of building LEGO airplanes, which will show systematic improvement to the operation. The workshop will also introduce concepts of Lean leadership, and how to create a culture of continuous improvement at all levels of your organization.
