We invite you to attend this one-day meeting that will give you insight into the new EasyCare Impact F&I Manager Process Training. This meeting is open to all of our external and internal agents, as well as any of your F&I directors or managers.
During the training course, we will discuss the revised F&I process, the core proficiency skills of the F&I manager, the client exposures in the factory warranties, and the role of the agent in training, grading and follow-up. The goal of EasyCare F&I Impact is to turn your F&I managers from a “sales representative” to an ADVOCATE for client benefits offered in the F&I office. The transfer of skills, responses to client concerns, and our ability to inform clients of the benefits being offered are the performance indicators each student will be graded on.
Your feedback at the end of this meeting is extremely valuable to us. Our goal is to surpass all other F&I training offered in the industry and to become the lead training source for agents and dealerships.
