To assist you in planning for iPipeline’s Connections 2014 User Meeting & Conference, we are providing you with the answers to the more frequently asked questions.

Question: What is the Connections 2014 User Meeting & Conference?
Answer:

 iPipeline’s Connections 2014 User Meeting and Conference is a 3-day event, allowing you to learn the industry’s best practices, receive customized software training and network with carriers, vendors and peers. Most importantly, the event gives you a chance to guide the future development of our solutions. The three days that you spend in Las Vegas may be the most productive time you spend all year.

Question: How much does it cost to attend?
Answer:

With the goal of making this not only one of the best events of its kind but the MOST affordable, iPipeline is NOT increasing the registration cost for you to attend the Connections 2014 event.

 All fees have been prepaid for most BGA/MGA customers who subscribe to Agency Integrator (two attendees per customer). iPipeline BGA/MGA customers who are not Agency Integrator customers will pay a $399 registration fee for each attending company representative. If you are affiliated with a carrier or vendor, you may attend as a sponsor or as a general attendee. If you attend as a sponsor, you are entitled to bring a designated number of attendees based on your level of sponsorship. If you register as a general attendee the fee is $899.

 

All attendees are responsible for incidental costs, including hotel, airfare and transportation while in Las Vegas. Dinner will be provided on Wednesday night, as well as breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday.

Question: What do I receive as an event sponsor?
Answer: Most sponsors are entitled to a table space or booth depending on the level of sponsorship, program recognition, agenda promotion and, in some cases, podium time. Sponsorships can be arranged by contacting lbollinger@ipipeline.com or kbrown@ipipeline.com.
Question: How do I register?
Answer:

Click on the “Register Now” button (located at the top and bottom right of all the pages) to complete the registration to attend this meeting.

 Your registration is not complete until you have clicked on “FINISH” at the end of the registration process. A status bar across the top of the registration shows where you are in the process. When your registration has been submitted successfully, an email will be sent to you with a confirmation number. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, your registration was not submitted properly.

Question: Who pays for travel, airfare, hotel and food?
Answer: The cost of hotel rooms, airfare and ground transportation are the responsibility of each attendee. iPipeline will provide dinner, drinks and live entertainment at the opening reception on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 to be held at the Hyde Club, located in the Bellagio. Breakfast and lunch will be provided by iPipeline on Thursday, March 20 and Friday, March 21.

Attendees are responsible for their own dinner charges on Thursday, March 20. It is recommended that attendees plan ahead and make their own reservations for Thursday night as restaurants fill up fast in Las Vegas.
Question: Can I make modifications to my registration once I have completed it?
Answer: Once you have registered online, the tab at the top of the website previously labeled “Registration” will change to read “My Registration.” Registration closes Friday, March 14, but you will be able to modify your registration until Monday, March 17.

Make sure you complete the registration process. You will receive a “Registration Confirmation” email message when your registration has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you did not complete your registration.
Question: What is the dress code?
Answer: It will be business casual dress for all meeting sessions. Outdoor temperatures range from the mid 40’s to the high 60’s in late March.
Question: How do I get from the airport to the event?
Answer: Transportation arrangements and costs are the responsibility of each attendee. Taxis and rental cars are available at the McCarran International Airport as well as at the hotel via the concierge.
