After Friday, December 14, the room rate will increase to $243/night (plus daily resort fee and all applicable taxes).

Attendees who cancel their conference registration are also responsible for cancelling their hotel reservation directly with the ARIA.

ARIA'S CANCELLATION POLICY: A deposit of the 1st night room and tax will be charged to your credit card immediately. Please cancel 72 hours prior to arrival for a full refund of 1st night room and tax. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1st night room and tax.
