The IRA Institute is an intense five-day training program that provides in-depth instruction on the "need-to-know" aspects of Traditional IRAs, Roth IRAs, simplified employee pension (SEP) plans, and savings incentive match plan for employees of small employers (SIMPLE) IRAs. Spanning five days, the IRA Institute integrates extensive IRA material, objective-based training methods, and practical applications of the rules to create the ideal learning environment.

Through classroom instruction, multimedia presentations, and breakout sessions, instructors reinforce the concepts presented throughout the IRA Institute to prepare students for the ever-increasing challenges of meeting client expectations and for the Certified IRA Professional (CIP) or Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) examinations.
